Digital products are non-refundable once portal access has been activated and the online reader has been accessed. This is because the content is immediately available upon activation.
Exception: If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing the portal or the book reader, and we are unable to resolve it within 48 hours of your report, you are entitled to a full refund. Contact us at hello@nitinbardia.in
Pre-orders may be cancelled and fully refunded at any time before the book ships. Once the book has shipped or portal access has been granted, the standard refund policy above applies.
All refunds for payments made via Razorpay will be reversed to the original payment source (UPI, card, or bank account). Razorpay's standard refund timelines apply once we initiate the refund from our end.
