2. Products and Services

We offer the following products:

• Digital Edition (Online Reader + Portal): Access to the online book reader and all digital tools at nitinbardia.in/dashboard
• Print Edition: Physical book shipped to your address, along with online portal access
• Amazon Kindle Edition: Available directly through Amazon India

3. Reader Portal Access

• Portal access is granted to verified purchasers only — one account per purchase
• Sharing login credentials with others is strictly prohibited
• We reserve the right to suspend accounts found sharing access
• AI Agent usage is subject to fair use limits
• Portal access is for personal, non-commercial use only

4. Intellectual Property

All content in our books and digital products — including frameworks, systems, AI prompts, templates, and worksheets — is the intellectual property of Nitin Bardia. Personal use is permitted. Republication, redistribution, resale, or commercial use without written permission is strictly prohibited.

5. Payment

All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. By making a purchase, you agree to Razorpay's terms of service. We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and digital wallets. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes.

6. Disclaimer

The content in our books and the AI Agent provides general business guidance. It is not a substitute for professional legal, financial, or business consulting advice. All business decisions remain the sole responsibility of the reader.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nitin Bardia shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Raipur, Chhattisgarh, India.
